(1) That top menu on http://www.onlinecasinouk.com/ is misbehaving for me – appearing as a vertical menu (option on top of each other) very weird.
(2) I’d be keen to host a link at http://www.casinolabrat.com/recommended_site_links.html
(3) This would not quite be contextual – but as you can see there are word wrapped around the link – so SEs would be none the wiser.
