No it does not matter posting their ethnic cultural or creed. I plus others are not stereotyping and saying the Russians, Greeks, or Israelis for this would be culturally slanderous.
If a person or persons are spamming, stealing content, scraping sites, and making a mockery out of the web, I feel Country of origin is important. I know few Webmasters but also your average neophyte who would not disagree. Bad are the people doing such things. I think this would be a universal ideology of most.
Besides if you site got ransacked and needed help would you not want to know where this person is from? Is it not important? Perhaps leave the Country out and simply state it is coming from Mars?
