There are some software packages that will automatically submit for you, and for less than $100, these tools let you tailor exactly what you submit and also keep track of the submissions. I just can’t remember what the programme was called but it is probably the same one that seomaster is using 
In any case if you do a search on the internet you will find plenty of these software packages. My own experience is that I submitted a few articles but didn’t see any huge improvement in SERPS at all, maybe a few low ranking links back to my site but it certainly doesn’t seem worth the effort or cost unless you write ground breaking articles and lots of them.
