Related to this post how does one go about accurately auditing someones claims, and do always people get lawyers involved in drawing up purchase contracts (above a certain threshold)? I can imagine the proper auditing and legal work could become quite expensive, but given the area quite necessary, particularly when dealing with big numbers.
