In fact it works as the opposite as nobody will be able to make money entering in France through French banks FROM any identified source as offering online gaming. They will block what will go in, NOT what will go out.
So, the basic effect is worse as if it is done properly, players can’t claim any winnings, so – nobody will continue to play (0%). However, if players want to cash the money through an ecas…… account or a foreign account, it will work. But that’s not a good situation, in anycase. :crazy:
