changed terms AFTER the fact that we signed up for life
its quite clear here the wrong that is done and there is no spin to put on it that is acceptable nor that deserves any kind of break.
maybe they will change terms on cash outs without informing the players
as someone who always puts his players first because I know that by doing so …. in the long run I am putting myself first … I cannot agree more.
I suggest Jared you do some homework on the word integrity until it becomes undeniably clear to you that there is no place in that description for words like justification.
a contract is a contract and at least here in the states it is not only wrong to change a contract but it is illegal to do so unless both sides are in agreement to do so.
I don’t know where you grew up but I find it hard to believe that a contract has any different specifications there.
…. you know I don’t get a lot of players but the ones i do get are usually pretty good sized ones. That is what I’ve always sought out and in fact as the Prof was giggling at me just the other day for using ads like “don’t come to this site if you’re not a real money player” or “no bonuses here”.
But that is exactly my approach and for me it has worked well. My players are not many in numbers but if you’ve any experience at all in this industry you of all people then should know that its the very few who make the majority of the money to us.
One whale is worth so much more than a ton of small players or bonus chasers. And it is a fact that at any given time one of these whales may come across our path so it is rather rediculous to even have such a term in place because all you’re doing is taking your program out of any chance of that happening because any affiliate with any brains is going to get out before the time happens when they waste getting such a whale on their site only to end up sending them to a predatorial program like you’re offering and setting themselves up for losing what was not easy to get.
