Joeyl, it’s not unworkable for many people, but it’s the new webmasters and smaller ones that always concern me on these changes.

You need 9 on the field, 9 on the bench, and 9 in spring training.
If I were a new affiliate deciding on who to promote I would definately steer clear of any programs who had such a clause in place.
