I have had 2 bids of $1650 last night so I will be replying to both bidders, it’s likely that one will be bidding up to $1700 but I will post any new bids 
I have set the BIN at $10,000 which is less than 12 months revenue ($11245.56) which is an amazing deal with a fully custom CMS that has been in planning and development for a long time and allows full automation making the site a great money maker for the time it takes working on it.
I am also including $249.95 worth of advertising plus the email sent out to over 800 members (812 right now) which is a great bonus and will really help get a lot of traffic to the site, making the new owner more money.
