Your September commission was already on the list for payment. It came as a surprise that you had not already been paid. Turns out there was some miscommunication, as I received your payment details fairly late on the 31st of October, (remember the email you sent after I left the voice mail on your machine), and therefore your details for your September payment were handed to the transaction team on the cusp of November. These payment details were then set to be used this month, amalgamating the two payments together.
Just so you know, it was my intention for your payment to go out immediately, and I would have notified you if had known it was otherwise. Please accept my apologies for any confusion and delay in your payment. If I can support you any further, please feel free to drop me a line.
