I have posted a suitable response in that thread as well as on our RedHotPartners section on the CAP forum. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I have just e-mailed all our US based affiliates as well to apologise for the text in the newsletter coming over as being abrupt or harsh – it was certainly not intended this way at all.

We have not intended for anyone to be alienated on our program, it was merely a statement of fact that the US position has changed and that we have had to inform everyone of that fact.
