Referback is Microgaming, which means they by default block the 11 states. This seems to be something Microgaming is doing to all operators.
Blasters still accepts all US player. There is a rumor that they have unitl 17 November before Playtech shuts off US players. Another rumor is that they are in the process of changing software. Nobody really seems to know but for now they accept US players.
