A few thoughts …
Generally people are looking for proof and security of future profits.
So :
– are the accounts being affected by the recent ban?
– Do you think that they’re still worth $10K pm ?
– is it made up of multiple players at multiple sites ?
Basically the accounts should be sold at a multiple of their monthly value.
Before all this legislation a number of 12x-18x monthly might have been right.
Now of course there are fewer buyers and many more sellers.
But the better quality of revenue (more players – more non US) then the better the price. Still probably only 3x-9x these days though …
