I’m sure Commission Junction is straight-up.

Their tracking was pretty close to real time – and I was able to see all my test clicks appearing accurately. Their back-end systems, reporting, and creative construction pages were first class though – and from that regard they were definately best-of-breed.

I think the issue for me was that I was taking onboard the gambling sites there – and they were all CPA deals – and given that I have a large Asian / European gambling visitor base it just was not working as well as direct relationships.

It’s about results – and their monthly cheques tended to be cut in the low $100’s where as I can earn significantly more by working directly with the bookmakers or partners.
:plain:

The otherdown side was the complete seperation between yourself and the product seller – CJ were stuck in the middle. As part of OUR sites promotion is that I will step up and sort out any hassles that a player has with a gamblnig site — this made it much much harder to do.
:dozing:

If you’re getting out of that game – and selling a product were you don’t need to maintain a relationship with your visitor – effectively simply using your site as a billboard – then I’m sure CJ will do as well as ANY of these sites – and probably with better systems.
