I watched both Fox News and CNN, and although Bush made no mention, analysts on both stations mentioned it afterwards. Fox basically just reiterated the rhetoric about how it will prevent underage gambling, money laundering, etc. On CNN (only got the last part), the newcaster just mentioned the banking angle, but had an unusually wry grin on his face the whole time.
Anyway, it’s done. Any US webmaster with links are now presumably breaking the law.
