Interesting article. He refers something really interesting:
The “Read the Bills Act” can be enforced because no bill passed in demonstrable violation of its provisions can be enforced in a court of law.
From what he says the approval of this bill was in violation of the Read the Bills Act, so it cannot be enforced in the courts. Wonder, how far anyone could go with this.
