I echoe these sentiments exactly. I believe webmasters are over reacting to this current state of affairs.
The problem with me is trying to articulate this stuff in a formatt everyone may understand. I could maybe spend the time and write a 2000 page document on the subject but would it be worth it?
But I will say this no webmaster will get sued over this. In a worst case scenrio if someone did get sued it would be thrown out of court. The internet has yet has to be defined under the U.S Wire Act is just one murky area amoungst many others.
This is the internet a resource for free flow of information. World Wide Web is the facilitator of this freedom.
In any case a lot more could be said, but lets don’t be so worried over something that is so irrevelant.
