thats exactly what it is – relocating just your biz to an offshore country is not optimal solution if you plan to stay in the US. At some point all of your revenue, even the one earned in tax-free zones, will have to be taxed in your place of residence. it means proving what and how exactly you have earned your money – and its when your activities will be deemed illegal, even if the biz offically is on a monkey island called Antigua or Bahama.
i reckon the best thing simply is to move outside of the US. even if Wonderful B vetoes the bill (which is HIGHLY unlikely) it will came back in different form another day. this whole thing should just make us realise how unreliable the US market is – even if its a golden egg.
