If you were to say to billy i think its a good idea to go shoot john doe, and a month later billy shoots john, You are liable. If you have a site that provides links to a site deemed illegal and people are clicking your links then you are aiding the illegal act.

I dont think I would even be responsible if I told my friend to go kill someone depending on his metal state and even then he would have a hard time proving that my words caused him to act. Unless it was like a job or something then he cant say shit about me saying it would be a good idea to kill someone hahaha
