Interesting results … to say at least
bb1webs, I use aweber for my mailist and make sure to comply with all rules, I stopped using my own autoresponders for same reasons you have listed.
I do have to say that as long as I provide normal info in mailings I don’t get spam complains, I started using aweber about 4 month ago and since then only had couple aol users click “report spam” button, which automaticly removed them from my list, besides been reported 
Other then that, never had any issues, aweber has good reputation among ISP’s and provides you with protection agains reports of that type, but this post is not about promoting thier servives …
Just surprised to see current results thanks to everyone who voted! Gives me a new perspective … perhaps gambling webmasters are not interested in good maillist … :tooconfus
