I understood from your account manager that she explained to you the matter of negative carryover and that you came to an agreement. I asked her to send another email to you in case things were unclear. Please let me know if you do not receive it and I will be glad to PM it to you.
Just to set things straight, even though I am sure that you’ve heard this from your account manager already, your negative balance is a result of a player that made a deposit and won.

My account manager and I came to an agreement to not carryover negative balances from that point forward, however there is still disagreement as to how I even had a negative balance. Both you and my account manager have informed me that my negative balance was as a result of a player who made a deposit and won. This is not correct, this player didn’t make a deposit until 8-29-06 and if you look back through this thread you will see that I was complaining before that date about a negative balance. Of which was a result of -0- depositing players, but in fact was players who took advantage of the Joyland free money. In your response to that post you told me that all of the players lost the bonus money. So, my question still remains the same:
If a bonus was given, no withdrawals were made, and all bonuses were lost, why did I earn negative commissions on money that was never lost by the casino in the first place.
