I’m not sure about article submitter but xhttp://www.articlebiz.com/ seems to be a waste of time. I submitted an article on there expecting to see at least a few more links into my site but the link count has actually decreased. 
The jury is for me still out on this article submission method but I would be very interested to hear if anyone can recomend a reliable product or system.
