I was fortunate in that I had achieved a good few months of solid run of site deals which demonstrated a track record.
The problem here is that you are dealing in a space where most potential acquirors do not have a feel for the economics of casino and poker. Those that do will require you to transfer the affiliate accounts and residual cash flow. In addition – and this is what I would do – most smart buyers would insist on the consideration being an earn out with payment phased on deal closure and after money paid for the site had been “repaid”.
There are some big buyers in the industry but realistically they are going to look at your cash flows.
I dont think anyone is going to give you cash upfront to develop unless you have a super idea…but then why would you bother building and flipping when you can build, grow and then…once you have traction and strong cash flows sell.
