I use great britian based PPC yahoo search marketing http://searchmarketing.yahoo.com/en_GB/ , I don’t compete for the main phrases (ie casino bonus, online casino) TOO expensive but rather target less searched phrases. I recieve good quality traffic as a result. Past experience says stay away from less known ppc sites as fraud is rampant.
