Well I think we are in the early stages of a process that will go down the road of e-mail spam. That was legal a long time until law enforcement in most industrialised countries woke up to the fact that it´s a major invasion of privacy and should be outlawed. In my book this applies for blackhat SEO as well and that will eventually be illegal as well. Right now it´s in the grey zone and assholes like the 777 guy are running rampant.
