Of course they are OK. Granted the other is not that great, but that’s not point here. I’m not offering search engine optimization. 
Out of interest how long did it take you to get simuilar phrases listed in the top 20 of google? I’d bet a far greater time than 3 weeks.
As side note, an article (claim) was posted over at one of those SE forums 4 or 5 months ago. Someone claimed they could do this in 3 month or under (with a fresh domain) for popular SERP’s, needless to say most people laughed at them. Not too people were laughing when the results were posted.
As I’ve posted in my previous post above, proof of the pudding is in the eating, I’ll register a fresh domain (gambling related) and set to work on mirroring the same outcome.
