Plaintiff and Yahoo! agreed to enter into a settlement agreement

I guess if you used their services between a certain date you are eligible to get on board.

All persons (and their officers, employees, independent contractors, principals or agents) that have purchased Yahoo! Ads (as defined in the Settlement Agreement) from January 1, 1998, through July 31, 2006, regardless of where the advertisement was displayed.

You may be a member of the Class whose rights are affected by this lawsuit.

If the Settlement is approved, Class Members who complete and return an Assertion of Right to Participate in Additional Claims Review Process Form by November 20, 2006, will be mailed a Claim Form. Class Members who submit a timely Claim Form may be eligible to receive settlement benefits.
