Maybe I shouldnt say this here lol, but hey, If a gambling addict wants to stop gambling, why not gamble the $25 and see if it works. I think it’s a good idea, although I didnt see the popups you mentioned.
I had an opiate addition that cost me thousands and thousands , and more. I saw aprogram on the net, cost me $160 a month for 4 months , plus $200 a month for the meds to wean off. $360 for 4 months to quit an addition that cost me $500 a WEEK was a good deal and I found them on the internet.
Clean and sober over 3 years and all I spend now is a two bucks a week putting a $ in the hat when they pass it.
