On a serious note I will email you what I’ve seen in your stats – I’d have my Relationship Manager badge taken away from me if I chatted about your stats on the open forum.
What I can say is that we work closely with the Retention teams within the brands to ensure your players are encouraged to come and spend some of their own money and not just play out free money.
Not to harp on the point but the new bonus system will go a long way to assisting in getting real money into the system instead of only bonus credits.
