1. I think CAP should keep track of programs that do not react against proven thefts. it can be a sticky thread for everyone to see.. this should encourage the programs to really act in a timely manner.

I will personally also be keeping track of who is helping and who is turning a blind eye.

2. Frankly speaking, I would stop promote any affiliate program that encourage such clear thefts by simply closing its eyes and opening its pockets.
Moreover, I’ve been trying to keep tracks on theft threads and couldn’t help noticing that there are several programs that appear almost on any theft. I’ll not mention the programs but i’m sure others have noticed this pattern too.

I will also be increasing exposure to those that actually do care about their terms and conditions acting upon them properly.

3. Your domain is from 1998 while the other domain is from 2005, have you suggested reporting this theft to Google?

I did – just a question if they get around to looking into it. It would be so much easier if the programs simply did what they say the would in their so called terms.. close the offending affiliates accounts. This will stop this practise a lot quicker.
