It’s a long way to that conclusion. I can’t help but notice all of the print and television ads for online poker. If the DOJ starts going after the cable providers and magazines (more than they have in the past anyway) for aiding and abetting, then we can start “the sky is falling” stuff.
Targeting outside the U.S. is certainly a strategy, just a much longer one to the kind of money that is being made today.
