Personally, I would not recommend these rotating banners you’re asking about. If they are created with a cgi script then you have no control over it. You’re much better off to host your own banners and use regular links, so you can control where the links are actually being directed to.
I would have to agree……….when those banners on their site goes down your page will not load, so don’t put them on your index page. I always load all the banners on my site, so all my pages don’t go down unless my site goes down. I have been having some problems with goldenpalace going down alot. I have been thinking droping them, because of this.
