I see it like this.

888 caused this mess all by themselves.

They’ve had more than enough time and opportunities to nip this in the butt, but, again 888 have chosen (their own choice) not to do jack sh#t about it.
When challenged out comes the threats of a law suit, obviously hoping that will get us off their backs. :laugh:

IMO giving them anything is too much.

Did they give a toss about their rogue affs stealing our content and pocketing their cut, did 888 give a toss about any of us, of course they didn’t.

Although this is a issue for us, it’s not our problem. 888 should have acted responsibly, ethically and morally correct. They didn’t and now they have to wear that.

How’s it go, taking responsibility for your own actions!

This may just be the BIG shake up for 888. A PLC has to deal with its shareholders too. If this really blows up, heads will roll, they always do in these type of situations. Maybe John Anderson will be looking for another job.
