Yes, 888 is hurting.
No, there will be no lawsuits.
We will negotiate, they will clean up, we move on.
It will send a message to the remaining programs – there are 3 more I know of, and one seems to have pretty much stopped.
We are going to mop this up, and we need to stay focused on what we are trying to do and not get side tracked by empty threats or anything else.
We are not in this because we want war or because we want to destroy anyone, we are in this because we want a clean industry.
And we are going to get it. Last year we tackled bad T&Cs, this year we are tackling blackhatters. Next year it will likely be something else.
This is a very positive development and I am very happy at how this is proceeding now.
