I think the best thing we as webmasters can do is put a disclaimer on each of our webpage’s stating: “Gambling is Prohibited in some Jurisdictions and Providences. It’s your reasonability to check and know your local Laws.”
That’s about the only defense I can come up with if more states follow Washington.
