No offense intended, but I still wouldn’t use them. You may get results in the short term but imo your long term SE results may suffer.

I agree they eventually get crawled, but for someone on a tight budget; also considering the time it takes to get into the likes of google for instance, submitting to secondaries & or any SE’s or Directories that don’t cost anything is worth it imo if we’re talking low end limited budget.
