I remember reading something about that too. I recall that some devious mofos were able to steal your search engine clicks by serving your site within frames. Not exactly sure how they do it, but I have heard they can. When you get a chance you should check using this inurl:yoursite.ext in the search engines to see if anyone is serving your site within frames.

I doubt you gave this site permission to serve your site within frames; I imagine that they will serve any site on the net the exact same way.
