I agree that this is not an affiliate matter and outside of Revenue Giant’s responsibilities and capacities and they are really not responsible for a glitch in Parlay’s software.

Ladyholdem, yes, Cyalator posts at other forums and is always negative, shows no interest in the general forum as a rule except for his his agenda. Is not a supportive poster in any forum I know of but his own.

That is what made me sceptical about claims in the first place.

If the claims are not valid then Scott will tell us so – and it’s case closed. But that’s not the feeling I’m getting.

Cyalater8 might be a negative poster on other forums – but let’s take the situation at face value please – as it is a serious matter for players and affiliates.

IMO, Revenue Giants are responsible for a satisfactory resolution to the claims as they are the merchant selling the goods. If the casino prograqm opts out and says that it’s not their responsibility that’s not right – agreed that they should be pushing Parlay to provide the compensation – but Revenue Giants do need to stand in for their players and not try to avoid the issue.
😮

The players are not registered and playing with Parley – they’re playing with Revenue Giants. It’s like a store not offering customer satisfaction on a purchased TV or toaster simply becuase they didn’t make it themselves. The store makes good – and gets recompense from the manufacturer/distributor.

As I understand it – the amount is relatively small – given the profits of Revenue Giants – and I would expect some sort of contingency fund to be in place. Responsibility must be taken – even if it is not a full payout.

No matter what the failure was to ignore the claim – and to subsequently ban players based on forum posts is completely inappropriate business practice.
:unhappy:

If a sportsbook does not pay out – then I publicise that fact and drop them immediately from my sites. I would treat a casino group the same way – and that’s what makes this an affiliate matter IMO.

IF it happened to a player from my site – then I’d be pushing this too – I’d have to to retain credibility for my visitors and forum users. So far Cyalater8 has tried to remain professional and to the point despite quite a few negative posts.

Scott is treating it seriously (full credit there) and to me this is extremely serious – until researched – and a mutually satisfactory resolution is found.
:hmmm:
