As someone who promoted Referback in the days that J-J was affiliate manager, I can assure you that you will receive nothing less than the best from him.
As for what I would never want to see in an affiliate program…
No changes in terms and conditions that apply to players previously delivered, under any circumstances.
No changing of commission models to short change affiliates combined with attempts to sell it off as a good thing for webmasters.
What I do want to see…
As many diverse marketing tools as possible, including game specific banners.
Simple and straightforward commission calculations.
Payment as early as possible in the month following commission earnings.
Information about the referring URL from which each player was sent.
