Hey Tom , the last message to you i mentioned that my AM would deal with it when his manager got back from PPM on march 20. well anyways after numerous emails all week my AM finally got back to me on March 24. In his email he told me:
“Hi Darren,
Apologies for the delay, as you may have experienced this week we have been doing systems upgrades and maintenance so many account were not released or funded. Your account issue should be resolved at the latest Monday.”
Well it is now Thursday March 30 and my account issue is not resolved and I have sent a couple emails and have not heard a response to either of them. i will send off another email tonite. Im hoping that payment will be released at beg of the month with all of the other payments but i guess i can only wait and see. any suggestions ? should i email Hemant again? or wait and see what happens with month end?
