There is a detailed explanation of the new bonus system for players in this thread:
which was sent out with the newsletter. This is the actual email that was sent out to the players.
Just scroll down to the second heading “New Bonus System for Players”.
As you will find, the money from the bonus account is automatically moved to the real account in increments of $10 as the player reaches wagering requirements.
If they wager ALL the money in their cash account without meeting wagering requirements, and there is still money in their bonus account, then they start wagering out of their bonus account…
