We all play by the same rules (euro poker whoever is offering chinese banners, translations etc..). Which are:
– You cannot process CC in china – unless you work with uncoded processors.
– Player value is extremely low.
So obviously you can manage below the radar to bring in players to a brand and get a decent CPA for a couple of weeks, but they’ll notice very quickly and will kick you out of their program for fraud. Obviously you’ll have quite some difficulties to defend your case and you won’t be paid.
We took a more pragmatic approach to this matter. We are willing to pay for players. No questions asked. But what we pay is much lower and the chances of ROI are therefore higher.
Right now, we’ve got $250 CPA deals with selected affiliates that deliver big volumes of players. Same volume of players can delivered by chinese affiliates. but do you think anyone would buy them at this price? I don’t think so. And you know why? Because whatever and however we run our business (and i speak on my behalf and probably most of hte operators), the bottom line always comes first. And YOU, the affiliates don’t want to work with operators that don’t know how to look after their bottom line, otherwise at some point those operators will disappear, with the players you sent them, their money, your commissions etc… etc… you know the story.
To conclude:
– we’re not taking advantage of anyone here.
– we’re trying to run our business in a profitable and pragmatic manner.
