I did some research of my own last week, and I remember WagerShare was very unusual compared to the other brands I looked at.
My research consisted of looking at the cookies dropped by each affiliate program as I clicked on my own referral links. Most of the programs use cookies; a few don’t. Not every program uses cookies. Some use a tracking URL instead — the tracking URL stays in the address bar as you browse the casino site.
The WagerShare casinos baffled me because they don’t use cookies, nor do they use tracking URLs. If neither of these methods are used, how exactly are the referrals tracked? :eh:
