Bodog are very selective about who they are affiliated with, and Pacific don’t do CPA.
BTW, impression I’m getting from reading your posts is that you think this is a get-rich-quick scheme, as you don’t seem to be doing any research, and aren’t in it for the long term. You’re not going to make much if any money if you approach it with this kind of attitude.
