I see what your saying, again having the bad stuff posted on the forum, is bad for business, especially when your dealing with a great group of people that value and trust each other..
However.. if you do get the affiliate, to resolve the manner off board.. then all we have left is the bad stuff here.
I don’t judge a program because some bad stuff happened.. I’m not niave enough to belive there is a perfect problem free program out there. It is how you solve the problems that interests me. How soon, how long, were you fair, polite even when the affiliate (your customer) wasn’t.. etc..
Can’t imagine your job is an easy one, think I’ll stick with mine 
I will say though, that you’ve been here, and allthough I still see that problems are taking entirely to long to be resolved, and I don’t like some of what I see in email pastes…
Your presence counts for something, I have not yet decided to join this program, but the fact that your here “and will not rest(hehe)” does count for something.
