This is ludicrous. However it comes to you, it’s yours, isn’t it? You’ve paid their fee to receive it, or someone paid a fee. That should be enough.

they are saying that the member that owes you the money must pay you with money that was not originated by a deposit, such payments can be made only using money that was originated by other means.
