I got a problem with Neteller too.
So far i got all my commissions and withdrew them without problems.
A few days a go i asked to withdraw money that was paid to me by another Neteller member which is not a merchant. This morning i got this email:
Dear Mr. ******,
The funds in your NETeller account is from a member to member transfer that was originated from a deposit. NETeller provides money transferring service for our member to online merchants. It was not meant for personal transfer and then withdraw to your bank. We provide the member to member transfer for the convenience so our members have another mean to fund their NETeller account.
Once the money you have in your NETeller account have been used to transfer to online merchants and if you have excess funds to transfer back to NETeller. Then you can withdraw those funds.

I called their support and got the “wall reply” saying i must transfer the money to a merchant and then back to my account in order to be allowed to withdraw the money.
I buy nothing but domains online, how can i find a merchant that will get the money and return it?
