I like the idea, but how will we know that you do not raffle it off to one of your buddies. Now I am not saying you are dishonest or that you would do that… but this is something that you need to think about, to give people the confidence to buy tickets off of you!
1. I would post the names of the people that have bought tickets. That way everyone can verify that theirs is there. Instead of just giving a number of tickets bought.
2. If you can get some kind of independant person to conduct the random draw from that list of names then i think you could see a larger turnout.
