The thread topic is the inflated clicks/downloads and we are working together to sort that out. Again, all players are being tracked/credit/money given as expected.
Not really sure about the comment ‘re: emailing your players’? You are going to email them to see if they clicked the download button several times? If you are concerned that your tracking isn’t working or you’re not getting credit for players … join up, test it … if there is a problem I want/need to know about it as it is obviously different than scope of the inflated clicks/download issue.
Also, this issue is NOT specific to casino rewards, I know of multiple casino affiliate preograms who have the same issue. It’s not as simple as just comparing IP addresses against known bot ip addresses. If we did something like that on every incoming click the overall user experience would be degraded as it would simply put: really slow things down and lower conversions due to slow load/redirect times.
Finally, it’s not my place to tell you how to run your business, but remember, the goal here is for everybody to do well – both the casino and the affiliates. If something isn’t working and you are willing to try and sort it out … this is the place. The more money our affiliates make, the more money we make … it’s very simple, we want and need you to succeed! Point being, that I really appreciate the affiliates who come in here to be constructive and try to sort out any issues.
