Generally it’s a bad idea to infringe on people’s trademarks and then try to sell it to them

We owned the domain before they decided to start a poker room. So basically not our problem. AND it is very difficult to claim the right to a domain unless you own a registered trademark…most companies don’t. You cannot just register a domain and a company and claim right to all similar domain names – even though a lot of people seem to think so
btw don’t think they will buy the domain. Pretty much what i expected, the price is steep, but we don’t really want to part with the domain.
