First of all, let me remind you again that our official payment date is actually 15th business day of each month, which means next Monday November 21st.
As we already discussed several times, you are located in a country which does not allow us to send you payments by the most common means in this industry. You know very well, that we always pay you, and we do almost impossible things to send you the person-to-person transactions. Perhaps, we should not get compromised with the affiliates from Russian Federation and the former Soviet Republics, since we put them in an uncomfortable situation of getting paid late.
Finally, I think our accounting department did very well by covering all of your fees on Western Union transactions, as a sign of an apology for the late payment. And also, since your case is very different from others, please start communicating with us via e-mail. We even tried calling you, but you provided a wrong phone number to us.
